Overview:
As a Inside Sales Agent at our home remodeling company's call center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth operations. You will be responsible for confirming appointments, providing essential information to customers, and maintaining a positive and professional interaction with clients over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Confirm scheduled appointments with customers for home remodeling services.
- Make outbound calls to customers to verify appointment details, including date, time, and specific requirements.
- Respond to inbound calls from customers seeking information about their appointments, services, or any other inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
- Document all interactions with customers accurately and comprehensively in the company's database.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, scheduling, and field service teams, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
