Position Overview:
As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. You will lead a team of sales professionals, establish strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of outstanding service. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strategic mindset, proven sales experience, and a passion for home restoration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and expand market presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with insurance companies, real estate agents, and contractors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in home restoration sales.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the home restoration, construction, or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
