Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hvac Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial and commercial boiler systems. The Boiler Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of boilers, as well as diagnosing and resolving technical issues. This position requires a strong understanding of boiler systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to upholding safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance:
Install, assemble, and test new hvac and related equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of boiler systems.
Replace or repair defective components to prevent downtime and ensure safety.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and identify technical issues with hvac systems through thorough inspection and testing.
Analyze boiler performance and implement corrective actions to address efficiency and safety concerns.
Repairs:
Perform repairs on hvac components, including valves, pumps, controls, and piping.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
Conduct safety assessments and implement measures to mitigate potential hazards.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including logbooks and service reports.
Provide detailed reports on equipment conditions and recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Electrician, Hvac, Plumbing, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of boiler systems, controls, and components.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
- Welding and fabrication skills are a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
