THE POSITION
Hiring Immediately
As a full-time Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them identify their home remodeling needs and providing solutions. You’ll receive top-tier training, including several weeks of MBA-style classroom instruction, to sharpen your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. This base-salary + commission role isn’t just a job—it’s the launchpad for your career. In fact, 90% of our senior leadership team started in the same role.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Be the front-line expert on our products and services, presenting them clearly and confidently to customers.
- Become a brand ambassador—you’ll represent the company with pride and enthusiasm, leaving customers with a lasting positive impression.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with speed and professionalism—no question is too small, no issue too big.

- Preferably holds a BA/BS—a degree is a plus, but not required if you bring the right attitude and work ethic.
- Flexible with working hours—Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 7 PM, and two Saturdays a month from 9 AM to 3 PM.
