Overview:

As an Inside Sales representative you will be responsible for appointment generation and support of all sales territories. Your main responsibility will be to manage the internal customer base. The customers are created for you by our outbound marketing and scheduling departments. You will be responsible for speaking with potential customers and coordinating product demonstration appointments. Over the course of your career, there are multiple growth opportunities including but not limited to department management, transferring to other departments or promotion into leadership roles within our sales division.

Responsibilities:

  • Confirm scheduled appointments with customers for home remodeling services.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to verify appointment details, including date, time, and specific requirements.
  • Respond to inbound calls from customers seeking information about their appointments, services, or any other inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly and accurately.
  • Document all interactions with customers accurately and comprehensively in the company's database.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, scheduling, and field service teams, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Follow up with customers as necessary to confirm changes in appointments or address any post-service concerns.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, data confidentiality, and quality standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's brand effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and friendly phone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,218.77 - $48,435.50 per year
