Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership within the construction industry, particularly in storm and insurance work. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, fostering client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth. This includes identifying target markets, setting sales targets, and creating actionable plans to reach goals.
