We are currently actively looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team! The primary responsibility of this position is to provide comprehensive solutions to architects, both directly and in partnership with the larger sales operation, in support of both residential and commercial construction across the region.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

▪Team lead on providing complex quoting solutions in both the Commercial and Residential business segments

▪ Serve as the primary liaison between local operations and the national engineering and architectural solutions team

▪ Possess expert knowledge of Windows and Doors design requirements and specifications, including proper install techniques

▪ Understand and consult on solutions that satisfy regional energy performance targets

▪ Read and interpret construction documents and specifications

▪ Generate world-class quote packages and presentations to enhance sales operations and bidding best-practices

▪ Effectively utilize Salesforce.com to manage open projects and bid opportunities

▪Execute site visits as required in support of the larger sales operation

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

▪ Proficiency with Microsoft desktop products, quoting software, and demonstrated ability to work with other design and estimating platforms (Bluebeam, CAD, etc.)

▪ Ability to partner with salespeople to exceed customer’s service expectations

▪ Time management skills and the ability to multi-task

▪ The ability to work with and part of a team

▪ Curiosity of how things are constructed, basic graphic design skills and interest in Architectureand the built environment is strongly encouraged
