Job description
Summary: As a Team Coordinator (TC), your primary role is to serve as the safety net,
ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities within the team are efficiently managed and
executed. You will collaborate closely with various team members, including Estimators,
Project Managers (PMs), and Office Managers, to streamline processes and maintain
effective communication. The TC oversees project management, coordination, and
administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Setup and Department Management:
- Create job entries in the Professional Service Automation (DASH) system.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to assign Estimators.
- Update DASH with essential details, including dates, referral sources,
- claim numbers, insurance companies, and adjuster information.
2. Subcontractor Management and Administrative:
- Send subcontractor agreements and follow up on their status.
- Ensure subcontractor amounts align with the budget.
- Collect necessary signatures and update DASH with relevant information.
- Manage subcontractor change orders and follow up until resolution.
- Collaborate with PMs and Estimators on job deviations.
- Follow up on approval processes and communicate with customers when necessary.
- Verify job costs, program fees, tech hours, and miscellaneous charges are accounted for.
- Work with Sales Representatives, Lead Estimators, and PMs to close jobs.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks, liaising between Estimators, PMs, LEGACY, and Project Handlers (PH).
- Verify subcontractor validity and manage related documents.
- Ensure compliance with program scopes and track program-related activities.
- Monitor job inspections and input dates into DASH if missed.
- Collaborate with team members to prevent escalations on projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
