JOB SUMMARY
Build and develop a world-class customer service and installation team that aggressively promotes and supports the brand on all installation projects, creates exceptional customer satisfaction, and consistently delivers on the value proposition with overall Company strategy.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Always exhibit the highest standard of personal ethics and adhere to all company policies.
  • Build organizational effectiveness through the recruiting and hiring of qualified 3rd Party installers and field resources when applicable.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training of new install crews. Monitor installer work proficiency.
  • Strengthen quality of workmanship, communication with the customer and inside team, and adherence to standards from subcontractors.
  • Hold the installation teams accountable for the quality of their work and service to our customers.
  • Enforce all Company Policies, including safety and proper lead-safe practices.
  • Oversee Installation Team's results through effective performance feedback. (PMs, OV Techs, Service/Recovery Techs)
  • Promote and embrace innovations and change.
  • Gain trust, respect, and buy-in from the team through effective leadership, creating an environment and commitment to win.
  • Provide the leadership necessary to form a cohesive team among all departments.

EXPECTATIONS

  • Expect your direct reports to effectively utilize the OMS, Salesforce (PIES/Field Service), PQM, and Service Systems, when applicable. And address any deficiencies.
  • Support company functions and promote initiatives that improve employee engagement.
  • Handle all customer requests timely and professionally.
  • Develop effective solutions for the customer.
  • Quickly build rapport with inside and outside customers.
  • Manage operating expenses within defined budgetary guidelines.
  • Have the technical know-how to fill in for your employees when business dictates. Including but not limited to, Order Verification, Project Management, Recovery/Service.
  • Perform additional responsibilities assigned by your manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
