Job Summary:
As the Roofing Operations Manager, you’ll oversee all day-to-day roofing operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be responsible for managing crews, coordinating schedules, sourcing materials, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting a positive client experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all roofing projects, from scheduling to final inspection
- Supervise roofing crews, subcontractors, and site leads
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control, safety, and client satisfaction
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage material inventory
- Develop and implement operational processes for efficiency and scalability
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and OSHA regulations
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to streamline workflows
- Manage budgets, labor costs, and job profitability
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in roofing or construction management
- Proven leadership experience managing crews and multiple job sites
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems (shingle, metal, flat, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- OSHA certification preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
