Overview: As a Confirmation Agent at our home remodeling company's call center, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth operations. You will be responsible for confirming appointments, providing essential information to customers, and maintaining a positive and professional interaction with clients over the phone.

Responsibilities:

  1. Confirm scheduled appointments with customers for home remodeling services.
